We may use this information to contact you. We use it only in order to fulfil our obligations to you as our customer.
You are entitled to ask us to delete your name and other details from our database once the transaction has been completed
Acceptance of Orders
We enclose with your Drawing Templates Pack simple but important instructions to ensure that your drawings can be successfully processed. We reserve the right to return your drawings with a full refund if any of the instructions have not been followed or if the artwork is considered by us to be illegal or highly offensive.
Cancellation of Orders
Once we have mailed your Drawing Templates Pack your order can not be cancelled.

Delivery
Australian Orders are processed in order and as quickly as our capacity in equipment and staffing permit. Subject to circumstances beyond our control, we undertake to deliver your order by the date you require provided your drawings are posted in accordance with the table headed "when do we want our Pictureproducts?" Click on "Fundraising" and then "Organiser's guide and Price List". You will find the table at the top of the second column beside "Price List". Orders from outside Australia will be processed in turn but delivery will depend on factors over which we have no control. If you select the 'Express Post' delivery option we will mail your Drawing Template/s to you by Express Post.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your Pictureproduct you may return it postage paid and with a copy of your Invoice within 3 months of the date of your Invoice. This policy does not affect your rights under Australian legislation.
Payment
Prices quoted are in Australian dollars and payment can only be made by Credit Card. We accept Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa.
